Sweepstakes starts 12:00AM CST July 01, 2009 and ends 11:59PM CST July 31, 2009. To enter, complete the required
information on the online entry form, and click "submit entry." Entries must be received by 11:59PM
CST July 31, 2009. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 15, 2009
and will be notified by phone, mail or email. Winner must claim prize within thirty (30) days of
drawing date or no prize will be given. Winners may contact and make arrangements to deliver
prize by email, phone, or postal mail. Contest open to legal residents of the 50
United States who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Lesko Enterprises
("Sponsors") and their immediate families are not eligible. All decisions are final.
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. One (1) grand prize winner will receive
one Spyderco Spyderco Tenacious Knive. Approximate total retail value of
the grand prize package is $54.95. Prizes are non-transferable. Income
and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Lesko Enterprises is not responsible
for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason,
including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or
incompatibility at one or more of our website or elsewhere. Lesko Enterprises, in its sole discretion,
reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the
website or otherwise in violation of the rules. Lesko Enterprises further reserves the right to cancel,
terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. All entries,
including personal contact information, become the property of Lesko Enterprises and will not be
acknowledged or returned. If you do not want your e-mail address used for future marketing purposes, you may

Lesko Enterprises reserves the right to contact entrants for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified by
entrant. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to the use of the winner's name, likeness and photograph
for editorial, publicity, advertising and marketing purposes without further compensation (except where
prohibited). Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release,
which must be returned within 10 days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.

prohibited. No substitution for prize except by Lesko Enterprises, in which case a prize of equal or greater
