I would have given this product a 5 rating were it not for the sheath. This is a well balanced knife with a great deal of utility and defensive capability, the 1/4 inch steel is thick enough to wedge through wood, and the broad leaf shaped blade allows it to have a fine razor edge. Blackhawk! did an outstanding job with this blade, however the sheath is inadequate, the blade slips out easily and the carry options are limited, I would have liked to see a Kydex sheath with a tech lock.
