Ordering from the CrocBlades.com online catalog is easy and we provide multiple ways for you to place an order.
Online Ordering
Simply choose the product you would like to purchase from our online catalog by clicking the "Add to Cart button. (Please note: the item's status will be noted on each item in our catalog.) You will be forwarded to a review of the items in your shopping cart. From there, you can choose to "Continue Shopping" (there is a link on the lower left of the page). You can also change the quantity you'd like to purchase of the item in your cart. Note: if you change the quantity on an item, don't forget to click the "update" button (appears next to the quantity). Choose the Country and State you'll be shipping to, which will also allow you to choose a shipping option. Once you're finished shopping, click the checkout now button. Follow the directions on each subsequent page. You will be asked for billing and shipping information. You'll receive a confirmation of your order in your email within a couple of hours. It's that easy to order from our discount store!

In order to better serve you and address any errors which may have occurred, it would be helpful if you could supply the following information regarding your computer setup: Operating System - Internet Browser type and version.

If you'd like someone to contact you so you can place an order, please email sales@crocblades.com. Please don't forget to include your phone number and a convenient time for us to call you. You are welcome to email all of your bill to/ship to information and information about the product(s) you'd like to order but please DO NOT email your credit card information for safety purposes.

PayPal Orders
We love PayPal and use it for almost all of our international orders. Our site doesn't currently offer PayPal as a payment method (in the future we will), but if you contact us via email or phone with what you would like to order, we'll be happy to send you a PayPal invoice. Don't forget to give us the email address you use for your PayPal account.

Crocblades.com shipping is FOB (Free on Board) Origin, meaning once your package leaves our facility, it belongs to you and we are no longer responsible for the goods. We will make every effort to help facilitate insurance claims through UPS, Fedx and the Post Office whenever necessary.
Partial Shipments, Backorders and Preorders
By default, we do not usually partial ship your order if all items are not in stock. If you would like us to partially ship the items that are in stock, you will need to send an email to sales@crocblades.com or call us and make a request. In the event that your order contains multiple backordered or preordered items, we may choose to go ahead and send you items as they arrive. You will incur additional shipping charges to account for sending your order in multiple shipments.
Backordered items are very common in our industry. It is not unusual for a particular item to be backordered for anywhere from a month to a year -- depending on the manufacturer. We do our best, based on the manufacturer's estimate, to supply expected dates on all of our "Out of stock" items. Please understand, the expected dates should be considered "loose" at best, as they are subject to change.... and often do. It is our policy that your credit card will not be charged until the out of stock items are allocated to your order and it is sent to shipping. There is no penalty for cancelling an order for backordered items prior to their shipment.
Preorder items are also very common. It is important to note that placing a preorder only guarantees you a spot in line for whatever item you preordered. Placing a preorder, does not and can not supply you with a specific serial number or product number. Additionally, on Limited Production Run products, we can not guarantee that we will be given enough of the product to ensure fulfillment of your order -- it is solely reliant upon the manufacturer and we will fill orders in a first come first serve manner. Generally, preordered items are items that have not been produced by the manufacturer or at the very least, we have not received our first shipment of that particular item. As with backordered items, the expected dates on preorder items should be considered very loose and are highly subject to change. Your credit card will not be charged for the preorder items until your order has been allocated and sent to shipping.
Canadian Orders
YES, we DO ship to Canada - almost daily. Accepting Canadian orders online is a new feature on our website, and the processing of international cards seems to be a delicate process with our credit card processor for the time being. If you encounter any difficulty placing your Canadian order online, we urge you to contact us via telephone at 1-206-219-3733 or toll free 1-866-319-CROC(2762) or email sales@crocblades.com. All prices given on our website will be in US Dollars. All shipments made to Canada will have the wholesale value of the order noted for customs purposes on the package. Sorry -- we know it gets expensive but NO EXCEPTIONS.
Terms of Purchase
Ordering from Crocblades.com constitutes your agreement to our terms of purchase, which are as follows. You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase from our Website. By making a purchase from Crocblades.com, you are agreeing to our FOB Origin shipping terms and release Crocblades.com from all liability once your goods leave our facility. The items available on Crocblades.com are not sold to be used as weapons. Crocblades.com, Lesko Enterprises, or any of it's owners or employees will be held responsible for the way the items purchased on our website are used.
